What Joy Diving Australia Does and Does Not Do

Joy Diving Australia does not provide one-to-one support to individual workers, and does not act as an advocate in disputes, grievances or claims. The work happens through employers, because work design sits with them, and that is where change holds.

Two things you can do. Read the guide, which covers adjustments, psychosocial safety, feedback and performance expectations, rights and warnings, work-related stress and injury, and advocacy, and lists free and low-cost legal and advocacy support in every state and territory.

Or ask your employer. If a workshop for your team would help, your HR team, your manager or your health and safety representative can arrange and fund it.
